If you have more than one unexplained transaction related to the same category on your FreeAgent portal, you can explain these in one go by clicking on the ‘more options’ tab and tick the relevant transactions. For instance if you have bought a number of train tickets you can quickly allocate all of those transactions to travel costs in a few clicks.
Take a look at the amazing effort put in by the Umbrella.co.uk team towards the Halloween office decorations, spooky fancy dress costumes and terribly tasty cakes.
Incurring the same expense each week?
You can save time by setting up recurring expenses each month/week
You can add the expense, category, date, description etc. If the expense is recurring, you will then chose from the drop down menu how often you wish for it to be logged (every week, two weeks etc).
On the FreeAgent overview page, you can see a ‘Tax TimeLine’ tab on the bottom right which will provide you with an estimate of what your current Tax liabilities are...
Add your Agency’s email address in the contact tab to email invoices directly.
Once you have created your invoice, you can then email this directly from FreeAgent by a click of a button. You will also have peace of mind your client has received this as you will receive a delivered status.
