Warrington based Optionis Group appoint Iain Ferguson as their new Non-Executive Chairman.

Optionis includes the brands Parasol (Contractor Umbrella Company) and ClearSky (Contractor Accountants).

Parasol has a turnover of £378m and employs over 8,300 employees (most of whom are flexible workers/contractors).
