PayMatters Umbrella Company Review:   PayMatters are pleased to announce that a customer satisfaction survey has shown that, based on the sample surveyed, contractors working and being paid through their Umbrella Company service are generally very happy with the service provided.

The survey covered the sign-up process, welcome call, timesheet/expenses portal, payment frequency, payslip information, take home pay and the performance of their dedicated account manager.

The average mark overall was 4.98, with the mark process being 6 for excellent down to 1 for very poor.

The area that scored highest was the performance of the dedicated account manager in addressing and answering any queries.

PayMatters will continue to perform the survey to ensure levels of service remain high and will action any areas for improvement as they arise.
