Richard has been a member of the Umbrella team since 2009. He is responsible for building relationships with recruitment agencies across the UK who wish to work with a professional and compliant partner to provide payroll and accountancy for their contract candidates. He works closely agencies and clients to ensure they receive a first class service.
Jennifer joined the company in March 2014 and has 4 years experience in the umbrella industry as well as experience in the recruitment industry. Jennifer’s role is to develop new and existing business using her extensive industry knowledge. Due to her experience in the umbrella sector she has a wide number of contacts in a number of sectors including construction, engineering, technical, social care and finance industry.
Lucy joined Umbrella.co.uk in April, with a background in PR Lucy's abilities of creating and nurturing relationships with clients saw her quickly move from an executive to management position. As a Business Development Manager, Lucy is tasked with managing strong relationships within some of our key accounts, along with introducing new business. Lucy provides professional support to both consultants and their contractors.
The business development team at umbrella.co.uk are charged with bringing in a percentage of new business, acting as the mediator between agency and service provider in a highly competitive industry. Other parts of the role include keeping the agencies we work alongside up to date with all legislation matters. Dealing with PSL and ASL tenders, maintaining agency relationships and acting as day to day point of contact for key accounts.
