HMRC have issued guidance regarding the deadline for IR35 returns and IR35 payments for the tax year ended 5^th April 2014.

HMRC advice states: “Intermediaries who have operated the IR35 concession to delay making a final return and payment for the tax year ending 5 April 2014 have until 31 January 2015 to submit accurate figures and pay any outstanding amounts.”
