From our experience we have compiled some tips for umbrella company workers who are looking for a new contract.

The Commons Committee of Public Accounts has issued a Report on Off-Payroll Arrangements in the Public Sector (i.e. people working for Public bodies that are paid but not as employee).

AWR (The Agency Workers Regulations) passed it's one year anniversary on 1st October 2012.

To coincide with this the CBI have issued a report titled Government must ensure Agency Workers Regulations support job creation - CBI.
