The Taxation of Controlling Persons Consultation document issued by HMRC and HM Treasury is now accepting comments from 16th August 2012.

APSCo have confirmed they have submitted their comments and that based on the feedback they have had off members that they are opposed to the proposal that controlling persons should all have PAYE and NIC deducted at source by the engaging organisation.
