You are a full-time and permanent employee of Umbrella.co.uk for as long as you wish to continue with our service.  You are therefore protected by all UK employment legislation.

As an agency worker, you are protected by the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).  This legislation provides the right for you to enjoy parity in terms of service with an entry-level comparable permanent employee of the client you are working for.  It also allows pay parity after 12 weeks in the role.
