You should always send in fuel receipts to support any mileage claimed.  We will monitor the value of fuel receipts you have submitted to ensure they are in keeping with the mileage claims you have submitted, and inform you if there is a problem.

It is important that you retain all receipts for expenses which you might subsequently want to claim from Umbrella or HMRC.
