Umbrella reviews for October 2014
At Umbrella we are always keen to review and access our service and as such request feedback from any contractor that leaves our company. This would help us identify any area of the service that could be improved.
In the past we have rewritten our documentation or increased the frequency of contact based on feedback received. We also introduced emergency Saturday payments for any person where agency monies were received too late on Friday.
Our moto at Umbrella is to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time, every time.
Reviews for October 2014 produced the following results:
Between Good and Very Good: Welcome Pack and Portal
Between Very Good and Excellent: Sign-up process, payment regularity, Payslips/Pay Summary, Pay compared to PAYE through agency and Account Manager.
Overall the average score was between Very Good and Excellent.
