PayMatters Complaints, Reviews and Feedback

At Paymatters, every month we survey all people that have left our umbrella company service. We strongly believe that feedback from leavers is, if there are any issues or complaints, the best way to improve our service.

The good news is of the 55 people who responded to the survey there were no PayMatters Complaints. In fact all aspects of our service were ranked between good and excellent.

This is the 1st time I have used an umbrella company and would like to commend my account manager on her swift professionalism in dealing with any ad hoc queries I have had. Pay Matters is an exceptional umbrella company and will refer a friend once the situation arises.

Very easy service to use and very unobtrusive. I had very little reason to contact Emma, my Account Manager, but when I did make contact I would always receive a prompt and professional response with a friendly personal touch and good sense of humour, which I found very reassuring.

We hope this is reassuring to all agencies and contractors who use PayMatters but if you have a complaint or a suggestion on how we can improve then we would be delighted to hear from you. In the past we have acted on complaints to introduce 24 hours answering services, late opening on Fridays, immediate bank advances on Saturdays and numerous reviews of our paperwork to ensure that we clearly explain the procedures of working through an umbrella company.
