HMRC have released a number of updated sections on their website detailing how the changes to IR35 and the public sector will work from April 2017.

Located at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/off-payroll-working-in-the-public-sector-reform-of-intermediaries-legislation the pages are aimed at those limited companies that may be caught and the agencies that will be paying them.

There is a lot of detail contained within the new sections but for those too busy to go through the many pages there are no new revelations that could potentially ease the pain.
