Miles is in his 40's and is a family man living in Marton, Macclesfield with 3 children.

His main interest outside of work is Manchester City (don't worry there are plenty of United and Liverpool fans as well as one Blackburn fan).

He has 2 dogs and 20 chickens.

Miles is a Chartered Accountant and has previously worked as an accountant or financial advisor at KPMG, Lloyds TSB, Mazar Neville Russell and CIS.

His previous business experience was with Harrington Brooks one of the UK's largest debt advice organisations. It currently helps over 46,000 people resolve their debt problems mainly through an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement). Miles was one of 3 partners involved in setting-up Harrington Brooks in 1997 and continues as a director until 2010.

Miles Grady and Nick Holmes set-up PayMatters in 2008 and now help over 3,000 contractors working in the UK get paid efficiently.
